"Isaiah 61:3
To appoint unto them that mourn in Zion, to give unto them beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness; that they might be called trees of righteousness, the planting of the LORD, that he might be glorified.
(Whole Chapter: Isaiah 61 In context: Isaiah 61:2-4)"
It's taken from this site here:

It might just be me but...
The one substance that fits the enitire description in this passage is.........
Cannabis. Trees of righteousness, beauty for ashes, oil of joy? It all sounds like cannabis to me!
One more biblical quote for anyone who wishes to use it for a pamphlet or webpage! lol

All of Isaiah is God Awesome. We come to know that not only is this speaking of cannabis, but cannabis is the tree of life.
Isaiah 61
Exaltation of the Afflicted
1
The (1) Spirit of the Lord GOD is upon me,
Because the LORD has anointed me
To (2) bring good news to the (3) afflicted;
He has sent me to (4) bind up the brokenhearted,
To (5) proclaim liberty to captives
And freedom to prisoners; (cannabis prisoners)
2
To (6) proclaim the favorable year of the LORD
And the (7) day of vengeance of our God;
To ( comfort all who mourn,
3
To (9) grant those who mourn in Zion,
Giving them a garland instead of ashes,
The (10) oil of gladness instead of mourning,
The mantle of praise instead of a spirit of fainting.
So they will be called (11) oaks of righteousness,
The planting of the LORD, that He may be glorified.
4
Then they will (12) rebuild the ancient ruins,
They will raise up the former devastations;
And they will repair the ruined cities, (The tree of life is for the healing of the nations -Rev. 22)
The desolations of many generations.
5
...And foreigners will be your farmers and your vinedressers.
8
For I, the LORD, love justice,
I hate robbery in the burnt offering;...
11
For as the earth brings forth its sprouts,
And as a garden causes the things sown in it to spring up,...
Isaiah 62:8, ..."I will never again give your grain as food for your enemies;
Nor will foreigners drink your new wine for which you have labored."
Look at 65 & 66.
Isaiah 55:2, ...eat what is good, And delight yourself in abundance.
Isaiah 51:12, ...the son of man who is made like grass,...
Look at Isaiah 32...
This does not stop. This keeps on going. Don't read this alone, read it with the Ecologician Himself. Pray and ask Christ God Our Father to forgive You for YOur sins; Thank Him for YOur food and all Your blessings; Ask Him to show You the truth as He wishes for You to know it.
If cannabis is bad and evil ask Him to show You; but if it is good, then ask Him to show You that.
Then see what happens.
Read it with The Ecologician showing You the truth.
Isaiah 16:8, ...The lords of the nations have trampled down its choice clusters...
Isaiah 5:20, Woe to those who call evil good, and good evil; Who substitute darkness for light and light for darkness; Who substitute bitter for sweet and sweet for bitter!
Isaiah 1:19, If You consent and obey, You will eat the best of the land...
Isaiah 66:15, The Lord will come in fire...
Isaiah 65:18, But be glad and rejoice forever in what I create;...
This is just a few pieces.
It's not only all of Isaiah from the 1st chapter through the last, it's all of the whole Bible.

Right on brother!
However, It's been awhile since I've read the bible in full, and I cannot seem to find a passage that I wish to post on my web-page once it's up and running. The passage is one where Jesus informs his disciples and the eople of the land that one must praise God through himself. NOT through any building, man, or object but simply inside himself.
If I could find this exact passage, I'd be ever so grateful.
So, IF anyone here has read the word more recent than I, and can find this passage in the bible to post here, I thank you now.
