I recently read about a guy who thought he'd put that one to the test. He lost, even though he was probably right.

This is very true. Doesn’t really matter what the laws say. Or what evidence/testimony they used to justify the laws they have.
Taxes were originally only for the rich and were voluntary. We had a war against England for the very same reason.
Social Security was another Rip off. Money collected and a promise made and broken to the American people.
And whether they admit it or not their REAL justification is “It’s good for business and we got the guns!!"

It isn't a law, but I think all the people who stopped are getting pissed on right now. Not totally sure though, let me look into this.
