the lightning hits the nose and exits via the tail.... I wonder if the occupants were wearing their brown underware at the time !!??...... btw the plane was undamaged from that strike....... unreal photography btw...

A plane, and cars too, are a Faraday cage, that's why passengers don't get hurt when hit by lightning.

for those that don't know what that is btw, A Faraday cage or Faraday shield is an enclosure formed by conducting material, or by a mesh of such material. Such an enclosure blocks out external static electrical fields. Faraday cages are named after physicist Michael Faraday, who built one in 1836. Razz
