What with Ferre talking about BBQ's this Summer, I remembered I found this at the doctors.

Avoid getting burnt. Sunburn is visable skin damage but change is also occurring to the DNA of the cells below the surface, which is not visable.
A ‘Healthy’ tan is not healthy at all, it is a sign that the skin has been damaged.
Skin Cancer affects the young aswell as the old.
Sun and the the use of sunbeds causes premature ageing of the skin and risk of skin cancer.
Most Cases of sunburn can be prevented by protecting the skin:
WEAR A HAT
WEAR LOOSE CLOSELY WOVEN CLOTHING
WEAR WRAP AROUND SUNGLASSES
SEEK THE SHADE ESPECIALLY BETWEEN 11AM-3PM
USE A SUNSCREENOF SPF 15 OR HIGHER FOR PERIODS OF UNAVOIDABLE EXPOSURE. IT WILL ALSO HELP KEEP THOSE WRINKLES AWAY.

Remember smoking ages your skin.
Fake it! There are plenty of good products that will give you the ‘LOOK’ without the risk.

No chemicals, no factors, no animal testing.

Simply apply it on your skin just before or just after exposure.
