WASHINGTON (AP) - The Supreme Court cleared the way Tuesday for state laws allowing ill patients to smoke marijuana if a doctor recommends it.
Justices turned down the Bush administration's request to consider whether the federal government can punish doctors for recommending or perhaps just talking about the benefits of the drug to sick patients. An appeals court said the government cannot.
Nine states have laws legalizing marijuana for people with physician recommendations or prescriptions: Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Maine, Nevada, Oregon and Washington. And 35 states have passed legislation recognizing marijuana's medicinal value.

Easy, I took out the [/b] that was after .html in the link, I guessed .html[/b] wasn't a correct file extention.

I'm happy to see the suprmem court finally do their job, protecting the citizens from the federal government!!
Bush is a liar. I remember when he was campaigning for president someone had asked him what he thought about medical marijuana, he siad he was for states rights. I can't imagine why, why do they want to be so cruel... |

Because they make a lot of money selling all kind of medications,
Because they rather have people dying then cured.
they are thieves in official clothings.
their money is invested in drugs and if it will be legal then they would loos
profits.
they are thinking money sleeping money and fucking money this is all they have got in there and nothing else just puppets on the strings of big multinationals . |
