Aloha. Funny you ask as I just finished eating two slices of "sprouted hempseed bread" with hempseed nut butter on top. Amazingly good and outrageously nutritious. I also added a bit of ohelo berry jam and a sprinkle of Vege-Salt. So good!

I got a hempseed milk making machine last week and have been enjoying hempseed milk for the last few days. I'm still wondering if it's all that nutritious as the machine heats the seeds up as it grinds them. We know that heat destroys the healthy enzyme in the hempseed and makes the precious oils go bad, so ... Ruth swears that tests have confirmed it's OK, but I'm a skeptic on this one. www.ruthshempfoods.com.

I was gonna post soon about this new (to me) development of hempseed bread when I see that the 'hundreth monkey' is at work here. Gotta love that creature.

Hempseed banana nut bread is also fantastic. The nutty flavor of the hempseed blends in nicely.

It might not be of use for communion....'cept at my house... Laughing
