Do Nothing Cake

Do Nothing Cake
2 cups of all-purpose flour
1/4 cup canna flour
2 cups of sugar
1 large can crushed pineapple undrained
2 eggs
1 tablespoon of vanilla
1 tablespoon of salt
1 tablespoon of baking soda
1tbsp canna butter
Mix all ingredients well with spoon.
Pour into greased 9X13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until golden brown.


Topping for Do Nothing cake
1 cup of sugar
1/4 cup of canna butter
1 small can of evaporated milk
1 cup of coconut
1 cup of chopped pecans
Cook sugar, butter and evaporated milk, boiling for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Add coconut and nuts. Pour over hot cake.
