You may have noticed a similarity lately,
between politics in general and the politics of the Ganjawar.
What activists have exerienced for decades,
is now being seen in elections and daily evaluations.
Degrading opponents, lies and fake evidence for war,
is seen by some in the media as shocking.
Typical behavior towards those trying to bring Ganja and hemp to the people.
It's ok for DEAth to lie and shove bogeymen down the throats of TV watchers.
It's the end goal that matters. The oppressivness of the means, "they'll get over it"
In elections, business and getting Pharmaceutical approval. Only the end.
In the case of the Ganjawar. No war, no profits.
The end is perpetuating the war. By any means necessary.
Now incentives are in place to give everyday Americans,
what Ganja advocates have witnessed since Johnson.
Watch it unfold on one channel, and be covered up on another.
iraq or Hemp prohibition or Neurological Disease,
all bring profit to the Fascists DEAth Merchants.
When will we learn that nothing is worth bypassing the Constitution.
Giving up Liberty for temporary or worse, mythical safety is Fascism.
Oh Ghee, NORML says Ganja may curb the progression of various life-threatening diseases.
Now every good brownshirt knows,
that isn't any way to conduct DEAth business...

New NORML Report Summarizes The Role of Cannabis in Moderating Disease Progression
Review Of 120+ Recent Scientific Trials Reveals That In US, Politics Trumps Science
Recently published clinical and preclinical research on the therapeutic use of cannabis indicates that cannabinoids may curb the progression of various life-threatening diseases - in particular, autoimmune disorders such as Multiple Sclerosis, rheumatoid arthritis and inflammatory bowel disease, as well as neurological disorders such as Alzheimer's disease and Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (a.k.a. Lou Gehrig's disease) - according to a comprehensive new report published today by the NORML Foundation.

Bad Buzz By Wendy Fletcher
CN Source: Los Angeles City Beat September 14, 2006 California
At about 2 p.m. on August 30, a man with a ponytail walked into the Trichome Healing Caregivers (THC, get it?) medical marijuana dispensary in Van Nuys with an attitude and a fake prescription for medical pot. When a security guard wouldn’t let him pass, the stranger pleaded. “Come on, man. I’m just trying to buy some weed for a friend. I heard you sold to anybody,” he said, according to what witnesses have told attorney David Kestenbaum, who represents THC, and posted to the Internet. Then they heard what sounded like radio noises, and noticed the man’s gun as he tried to push his way past the guard, at which point the guard stopped him and demanded he identify himself.

Punishing The Sick Wastes Money By Doug Bandow and Michael Ostrolenk
CN Source: San Francisco Examiner September 06, 2006 San Francisco
Much that the U.S. government does makes no sense. Jailing the sick and dying for using marijuana is one of the most senseless. The United States faces manifold challenges which consume much manpower and money: the Iraq war, terrorism, illicit immigration, transnational crime. Uncle Sam should clear the decks, so to speak. It is time to conduct policy triage, dropping government tasks that offer little benefit.
An Exit Strategy for the War on Drugs By Neil Peirce
CN Source: AlterNet September 06, 2006 USA
Is it time to forge an "exit strategy" for our prolonged "war on drugs"? That question -- normally considered a "no-no" in legal circles, especially among prosecutors and police -- has been raised by the prestigious King County (Wash.) Bar Association since 2000. And the results have been impressive. King County is sending minor street drug users and sellers through drug courts instead of incarcerating them; its average daily jail count is down from 2,800 to 2,000.
