I found the most amazing thing at a garage sale this weekend. A whole recipie box filled with Cannabis southern Recipies. I was amazed to say the least. and it only cost me $.25 Now I have not tried these yet... have to wait another 8 weeks before I can harvest but I thought I would share some of the ones I have looked at so far with you all...

BlueBerry Burgers

Take 2lbs of Ground Hamburger Meat and place in a large bowl. Gently break up the hamburger. Add all of the following: 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 Tsp Pepper, 1/4 tsp Crazy Cannabis Chili Sauce, 1 TSP Hamburger Seasoning, 1/8 tsp Cayenne Pepper, 1 TBSP Dried Minced Onion, 1 Tsbp dried parsley, 2 TBSP finaly chopped Bud, 1/4 cup cannamilk, 1/4 cup cannabreadcrumbs. Fold in gently with Fingers till throughly mixed! Add 3/4 cup fresh Blueberry's being very carefull not to break or mash the berrys. Carefull take mixture and form into patties (makes (DO NOT OVERHANDLE OR PRESS INTO THE MEAT_ THE LESS SHAPING AND MOLDING THE JUICER THE BURGER) place burgers on hot coal grill. (DO NOT USE SPATULA TO FLATTEN THE BURGERS) Flip Once very carefully. (DO NOT LET THE GRILL FLAME TOUCH THE MEAT!!!) Enjoy...



BlueBerry Cobbler

Preheat oven to 350 Degrees, combine 4 cups of fresh BlueBerries, and 1 TSP Fresh Lemon Juice in a baking dish that has been oiled down with CAnna oil, Stir, Combine in a seperate bowl 3/4 all Purpose Flour, 1/4 Cup CannaFlour, 1 cup sugar (brown), 1 TSP of baking powder, 1/4 Tsp ground Nutmeg, pinch of salt, 1 TBSP of Canna Oil, 1/2 tsp of vannilla extract, 2 Large Eggs, stir well. Drop Dough by spoonfuls onto fresh blueberry mixture to form dumplings,Combine 6 TSP brown sugar, 3TBSP canna butter, and 6 TSP of cinnamon. Place over top of Dumplings. Bake at 350 Degrees for 30 minutes, untill filling is bubbly and dumplings are lightly browned.

This goes really well with a scoop of french vannilla Icecream



Chicken Casserole Recipe

3 large Boneless Chicken breasts
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 package herb stuffing [can use the ready made kind]
1 CUP of Canabutter (Put broth in soup can)
Cook chicken and set aside, save broth, melt butter and pour over dressing. Put a layer of dressing, then one can of broth and mushroom soup, and then layer dressing-chicken – then chicken soup and 1 more can of broth. Top with remaining dressing. Bake in oven on 350 degrees for 35 minutes.



[color=darkblue][b]Beef Goulash Recipe


1 pound of ground beef
1 tablespoon of chopped green pepper
1 small onion
1 heaping TBSP of finely chopped Cannabis
2 tablespoon of catsup
1 tablespoons of prepared mustard
1 can cream of chicken soup (or chicken gumbo soup or mushroom soup)
½ cup of green peas
Brown onions and meat in 2 tablespoons shortening or oil. Add remaining ingredients. Coven and simmer for 30-40 minutes. This is good served hot with rolls, potato salad and cold slaw.



Sweet Potato Casserole Recipe


1 lb of sweet potatoes or (3 sweet potatoes) cooked and pared
6-tablespoon canna butter
3 slightly beaten eggs
½ cup of sugar
½ cup of chopped pecans
½ cups of flaked coconut
½ cup of orange juice
½ tablespoon salt
½ tablespoon vanilla
10 orange slices
10 marshmallows

Mash potatoes; stir in butter. Beat in eggs, sugar, pecans, coconut, orange juice, salt, and vanilla. Turn into 1 ½ quart casserole. Bake, uncovered in 350-degree oven for 30 min. Top with orange slices; place one marshmallow atop each orange slice, return to oven till marshmallows are golden brown, about 10 minutes, more. Makes 8 to 10 servings
