I called Speaker Pelosi's Washington, DC office and her secretary told me that she couldn't confirm that Pelosi had stated she would open hearings into medicinal cannabis use if enough people called. BUT - if enough people call her, and keep calling her, she'll do something just to get the phone calls to stop.

I think starting a rumor to get them bombarded with phone calls is an excellent way to motivate them into acting like elected public servants, rather than elected rulers who push their own agendas. Hah, I wish I'd have thought of it and been able to set it in motion! Let's make some noise and get something done!
