Classes, Open Houses & Drum Circles...Oh My!

We're getting really close to having a steady flow of artists coming through the apartment on Fridays and Saturdays. There's a possibility of either pizza & movies or a pot luck dinner/music circle every friday night and a music circle/barbecue every Saturday that will end with going downtown to feed the needy with the folks from Food Not Bombs.

As soon as possible after that we'll be organizing some early morning nature hikes and some coffee socials for sometime around the 25th. We know that the zoo is free on monday and that there are discount movies at the Cedar/Lee on Tuesdays.

We're being given space every wednesday with an Art Therapy Studio on Madison Ave called Sarah's Circle, and the last wednesday of the month, starting in August, there will be a drum circle at the same location.

We're soon to have either a bus or a camper donated so that we can start planning some longer field trips and camping trips.

Everyone, as usual, is welcome to attend. Families, especially, at the daytime activities as this is planned to be an essential part of the community school.

Our next fundraiser is at Cyber City this friday, we'll be tapping a keg at 10 and we're asking for a $10 donation to check for ids.
