a church is simply an assembly coming together to spread the same belief's this is why we named our assembly of people that are coming together to spread their awareness and jurisdicition regarding the Herb...

A Judge has Cognizance of a subject at law.... We have Cognizance of our mind, body, soul....
"Cogni" is latin to know "Scenti" the scent!
a Congniscenti is a person well versed on a given field of study....
Courts especially the supreme court refuse to give definition to religion as that would violate the First Amendment prohibition on laws regarding the promotion or to "Prohibit" the free exercise of any given religion....
In law the language is Latin and the word Religion goes back to the Latin Religere which is "to rely" so basically put religion is the reliance upon something because of beliefs you put your faith in it!
