Amen from me as well. I was taught about the use of the Sacred Herb as a sacrament by a minister of an upstanding church in 1976, boy if his congregation only knew what he taught the youth group LOL Now for the last 13 years I have been "Walking with a Pipe" as we say when someone makes a commitement to pray daily with a Pipe and to be available to pray for others. I will post a thread on this topic soon. If only my Sacrament was Legal. I think this is our best course to change the law as my country was founded on the right to Freedom of Religion and to Pray with a Pipe and use what God given Herb Spirit Tells me to in my Pipe is between me and My God....Peace from the Homestead

Been ther done that I guess I should say I wish the legality was recognized somebody tell the Police Quick....Actually I have had an experience with this and it was before I got my ministers card just had my Sacred Pipes and all my Medicine stuff .I was stopped by a Louisiana Sheriff as I had broken my rule of smoking when traveling and had my Pipe and stash in a non secure place I confessed to the MAN and after his assurance to listen to my viewpoint I confessed and told him where the Pipe was and the film can with a gram or so in it and so he starts to search my truck. Another LEO pulls up and a 7 ft Indian gets out. Now as the first LEO was searching thru my stuff(took 3 hours I carry lots of odds and ends) and asking me whats this whats this answhat do you do with this I am teaching this Choctaw LEO more about who he is that he knew because he was raised white. and I was able to say I am serious about being Walking With a Pipe and because of it I have taught your fellow officer more about who he is than he ever knew . The LEO that was searching my stuff asked me three times to tell him again about the two pipes and each time I explained it in a different way (see my post on walking with a Pipe) and the end result was he Poured out my herb and was gonna take my Pipe I asked him to let me break it so it couldn't be profained and he said never mind used my hemostats to clean out the bowl and handed it back to me laid my hemostats on the dash and then Apologized for holding me up so long....

Yes brother touches earth, sadly enough LEO doesn't understand the true meaning of religious freedom in all parts of our friendly planet. That's also one more reason to open Ministry's in all countries. In my view being a Universal religion with Ministy's everywhere will give it's members, really millions on this earth, more legal backup. These also are the first forumboards for THC-Ministry members on the internet and we hope it to be helpfull for our members world wide to be more "in touch" with the THC-Ministry globe

and to "spread the word", something other religions have been succesfull at in the past. Our community members not being so active in that field the past few centuries doesn't make us less "worthfull" or "legal" whatsoever. The thing is that now this stupid "war on our sacrament" is getting to a point the international herb

THC community is in need of places to gather and share, and to get recognised, This "war on drugs", the U.S. president and his alies have declared, in fact is a war on our sacrament and in violation with all international human rights. For me it's a crusade against our religion really.

Yep and all it takes is being sincere with an LEO I was nice to the one I had the run in and apologized by telling him that I'm sorry we have to be in this situation over one of God's Herbs but that I would not be who I said I was if I was not willing to take it to the supreme court as much as I hate to but that his hasslelling me was not about an illegal herb it was about him suppressing my right to pray the way my ancestors did and if he did arrest me be prepare for lot's of time in court as I refuse to take a ticket for having an smoking a green herb. that was when he changed his attitude. I see the advantage of having this forum to express our view publically so if one of us is hassled we can point to this and say this is real I make the statement every chance I get that I smoke pot Religiously.

at the ministry The GCW, good to see you have joined. Awareness...that's our main goal I guess. The question how to make our brothers and sisters understand that it's been human corruption, the protection of profits for chemical industrials that made the Herb illegal in the first place.
My guess is more and more people are starting to realise how much they are lied to by their governments. Things are changing for the better already. Cool

What would happen....

If we made up a one page information sheet. On it were all(well not all, not enough room. how about the most important ones) the true facts about Marijuanna, freedom, religious use and the truth about the war on inoccent people(i mean on drugs)....

Then everyone who has a printer, and was for the idea, printed out say mmm just one pack of paper(500 sheets) of these information sheets. Same sheet, same info, all over the world...

Then simply hand them out, put them under wiper blades in mall parking lots, take them door to door, set up a table to hand them out and answer questions at universitys.. etc etc..

I wonder how many people might be reached in this way for the small cost to individuals of one pack of paper and some ink.....

I think that's a great idea Chazman, I have seen a few examles on other websites in the past and guess we can do this too. At the moment I'm in the UK and as soon as I'm back home, somewhere next week, I'll get to it and make a concept.
