i think i like the cut of your jib mr.david sir! top idea! however getting all the uk tokers to admit they toke and grow, on a government register is gonna be tricky is my guess. lets face it, there's no way THE MAN, would hold that info. and not use it to drop the crime figures over night, and punish all those hardend drug users huh?
