Man I wish we could some how find a way to make all the  's a religous artifact like the cross I mean is there any way I can fight this the same way we are currently using the holy sacrament it would be nice to say its in violation of my first amendment for you to prohibit me from making 's
I could bless each one in holy anointing oil and a prayer that all that use it will be blessed as well.

The only way to test this possibility would be to get arrested for it in your state and claim a religious defense in court to the charge. You'd need a lot of money for attorneys and Roger's guidance.
... it looks like Arizona is one of the worst places for pipes.

Actually, that's a great idea DOS!
Why don't you come up with some designs and make some pieces for a "Ministry smoking device" that could be blessed, anointed and commissioned by Roger, just like the oil.
That way it would become mandatory for everyone to own and use your Sacrament Smoking device...

You think so I wouldnt want to make it harder for folks by making it mandatory to own one of my 's But could it make them legal if they were properly blessed, anointed and commissioned by Roger, just like the oil. Thats my question?
It would be easy to have all authentic THC Ministry "Sacrament Smoking device"s permanently stamped with a symbol of the THC Ministry/regestered trademark with the webaddress too

that reminds me of a buddy I had.
Went into the hardware store, bought all the part's for making a nice pipe.
But unlike us chickens, this guy ASSEMBLES the pipe as he constructs it,
and pays the cashier for the pipe!
Funniest thing I ever saw...

I am curious as to where you saw the text about religious use?
If this is the law, then it is very useful that PrNtrKmt *is* a "bona fide religious denomination" under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Our Presiding Elder completed all of the necessary paperwork to the government's satisfaction. In addition to being able deduct up to half of your total income in donations to PrNtrKmt, maybe you can also work with PrNtrKmt so that your pipe making is perfectly legal.

I used to make pipes in Design and tech in secondary school.
Miss said "what are you making" I said "a peace pipe man". I had this feeling even before this, that she was a smoker, she said "Keep up the good work". |
