YOU WILL NEED
1 bag flour tortillas
2 cups re-fried beans
1/3 cup olive oil
3 cloves finely chopped garlic
2 diced tomatoes
3 chopped green onions (stalks)
1 chopped yellow onion
1/2 tsp chili powder
1tbspn cumin
1 cup hot or mild salsa
1 1/2 cups grated colby or cheddar cheese
1/4 oz good buds or leaves
cook the buds in the olive oil in a double boiler pot for 45 minutes over medium flame set strain buds or leaves from oil
set this aside for now
heat up beans stirring in the chili powder ,cumin,and garlic.
put the cheese ,onions,and salsa in seperate bowls you may want to add lettuce
stir the olive oil into the salsa stir well take a tortilla spread some beans across it add ingerdients and roll up .......enjoy
serves 6 |

Getting the munchies now Rokerijdude! I will give this recipe a try... I'll probably be cautious with the chilli though, that can be overwhelming for me sometimes.

QUICK TACO FIX
