The cigar I had this morning was not a cigar.

It was actually laced with crack and Cannabis Sativa.

No Officer..............it was not sugar I was sprinkling in my cereal this morning, it was high quality cocaine.

And since when did they start charging kids with felonies?

Well, I guess the next logical step is to charge the arresting officers with felony possesion of counterfeit-cocaine laced doughnuts. Let's not forget that the Chief's coffee looks remarkably like black tar heroin disolved in water so he has to go too. The school nurse was found in possesion of precursors to methamphetamine, and the custodial staff was found guilty of supplying contolled substances to the entire school population via the soap dispensers and cleaning agents (1,4 Butanediol).
