I have some questions for ya'll, especially Lilly. Needless to say, Christianity has changed by leaps and bounds over the last two-hundred years. I'm just curious how a few of you foward-thinkers regard several classic topics.
Permarital sex. Wrong? What about masturbation?
Homosexuality. Why did God rain sulfurous fire on Sodom and Gammorah?
If it helps at all, I'm not gay. But because of my role at the university, many of my friends and associates are. So this is an issue I frequently wonder about.

Ok Ill give it a go and see if I can explain. The bible does speak against homosexuality and beastiality Sodom and gommorah was full of wickedness.

As for the masterbation. No where in the bible does it speak of it. The one incident when the"spilling of seed was mentioned" It was a man that was supposed to impregnate his sister in law as his brother was dead, he was disobediant and "pulled out" thus spilling his seed upon the ground. I hope this answers some of your questions. Thats the way I interperate the bible on it. ~Lilli~
