Bhang Lassi
On low heat mix together:
1 cup of low fat milk
1-2 grams of powdered buds
2-3 teaspoons of sugar
1/2 teaspoon of cardamon
1 teaspoon of rosewater
a dash of cinnanmon, nutmeg or clove (or all)
Heat to near boil, simmiering, NOT BOILING! for 30-40 minutes
Cool and strain
Mix with two cups of Yogurt.....
Serve!
I actually prefer to mix this in Mango Yohurt.

I prefer that with whole milk. I don't go out of my way to avoid butterfat. It's good just the way that it comes from the cow. But, as with all things, moderation and balance must be sought. _________________ Rollme-wan Mordoobie, the Redeyed Jedi

I fixed this treat last night and enjoyed it very much.
After ~30 minutes the 'bhang' developed and was really different than the usual inhalation stone
Thanks for the share...
Peace,
