Canada Act, pointing to a precedent set in the Longley vs. Regina case. |

Without a warrant, the cops don't stand a chance. When we got busted last year it was an illegal search and seizure and the cop knew it wouldn't hold up in court so we weren't even charged.

If this is the case and he has the paperwork to prove it then he should have a good case.
