spores are leagal in the us in every state except California, Georgia, and Utah.

the kits are illeagal here too they cant sell the spores with "mylecium or a growing medium" as they are "for reasearch use & not to be propagated"

It's a real shame. I never had magic mushrooms in my whole life and probably never will, I guess I am not interested.

But it's a matter of principles. Mushrooms have never been a problem here, they grow in everybody's garden. I had them in my old house, in the side of my lawn.
The fools are doing it again: with their unreasonable laws they go against nature. And they are doing this without asking the people first. As a resposible citizen I feel obliged to spread the news, at least we can try to stop it before it's too late.

And I like the headshops here. I like them the way they are, with the growrooms inside, why change that?

I wonder what kind of people that are who ban a religious sacrament that has been very common in the Celtic culture and most other European cultures since centuries (long before Christianity even). Seems that whitch hunting never stopped..or starts again.
