Lilli, that would be a good idea if this were a hearing about medical use of cannabis... The scope of our legal status as a church, and the use of cannabis as a sacrament is a little more involved I think than just that. Its a good idea. And the time will come when thats useful.. Im just not certain that its the right time for that yet. I may be wrong, but I think creating and developing a firm structure of our church is what the courts will be focusing on initialy.

Thats just my guess anyway. I might be off.

I do believe its time to start organizing and structuring our church in a little more organized way. In the long run, the foundation we form the church upon will determine how well it stands the test of time.

Peace Smile

Also I just want to add... everyone check out that paltalk program. I think it will be a great tool for us to comunicate. Also its just fun to talk to folks. I spent hours talking to Computerman over it. It was great hearing a voice that used to just be text on the screen. Also its cool that we chattted at no additional cost other than the internet hookup(program is free). Hes in Hawaii and im in Illinois. I would have been able to pay my rent on what the phone call would have cost to talk to him for as long as I did. Cool program.

Smile

Well I dont know how things like that work either Chaz, thanks for your input. It just seems to me that if they can look into the controlled substance aspect of it.... that with the recipe from Exodus and a physicians testimony of its success would over power anything they could say about The ministrys legitamacy and Rogers sincere and succesful healing he has bestowed upon me as my Reverend.
But your probably right I know nothing about legal actions.
Didnt it say the Judge is from California? That alone gives me hope since Californias so open minded about the whole thing. Well thanks again Chaz
Maybe Reverend Glenn or Reverend Poole or Computerman can shed some light on this area of the subject for us. Respect and much love
your sista Lilli

Dear Ferre and Friends,

Aloha. This injunction lawsuit and the government's Motion to Dismiss is SO amazing and interesting. Can you imagine? We just got the combined top legal brains of the world's 'super-power' to empty their minds in writing on the subject of the legal use of cannabis sacrament. They have written down - for all the world to see - what the combination to the safe is where the holy sacrament resides, ready 'to heal all the nations' as prophesy and science has promised. Hallelujah!!! Let's now 'open the safe'.

What a blessing. Mahalo ke Akua. God, that's truly GREAT! Thank you. And so it is. Amen. Ho.

So, what to do NOW? Get grounded. In my opinion, we need to get this ministry tight and together. I need to be more business-like in all of my systems. We need to prune off the branches (ideas, procedures, etc.) that are unproductive, and nurture and feed those that are effective so that we GROW strong and true into the glorious future! And glorious it will be.

Good friends tell me that my website is now a mish-mash of too much 'stuff'. It's too confusing, too scattered looking. It's not respectful enough, it's too much of my 'ego' there, etc. And you know what? They're right. Good friends tell you (me) when we're off-course in life. I love them for that.

It's not working very well either, to be honest. Yes, our track record is 40 wins and 1 loss, that's true and wonderful. That's VERY successful, really. But ... the orders for kits are absurdly low, possibly because I am now giving-away so much information? People that win their cases rarely, if ever, recommend us to their friends. What's with that?

Donations are riduculous, almost non-existant. Even those who 'swear to send in $10 per month' have never sent one dime! This includes those who have been arrested and are, or were, facing many years in jail and I send them free kits and help them win their case and STILL they send in zero $. What's up with that? Are you one of these people? Zero judgement, but please tell me what ARE you thinking? If you feel zero value for your cannabis freedom and send me zero value $ you are making a very interesting statement. I'm fascinated, really. I will never believe that $10 - occassionally - will break a person's budget or starve their kids.

What thoughts are running through a person's mind when they 'dis' the very person and group that helped to SAVE THEIR LIFE and to deliver their holy sacrament to them on a silver platter? That's VERY interesting psychology to me. I really want to know more about that. Hmmm....

I don't 'get it' somehow, but I'm determined to get it. According to metaphysics, it's all a reflection of the inside of ME. :-{ :-} Human nature is a mysterous thing, alright. I'm totally amused and entertained by it all.

God, that's GREAT! You HAVE shown me many blessings and I am eternally grateful for your love and good humor and more. Mahalo.

All the best love and respect to you and yours,

Roger

Where am I? Physically ... I'm in a jungle rainforest on the edge of a charming old town - thirty miles from the most active and erupting volcano on Earth (Kilauea) - on a very remote, mystical island - in the middle of the largest ocean on the planet that happends to be named for 'peace' - Pacific.

Hello there,

Aloha. Well, this is novel. I'm writing to answer my OWN negativity earlier today. I apologize to everyone who happened to read my rant and especially to those wonderful and sweet souls who have been so good to me and to this ministry. Sorry. I was subject to some stress about my income and I took it out on you, dear reader. Oops!

Much love to one and all,

Roger

I understand how income(or lack there of) can affect a persons outlook Roger. No apology needed(in my opinion) for being human. I wish I could hit the lottery right now, id sure help you out.

Roger,
I know you are apologizing for a 'rant' style post, but to be honest i think you make some great points. Just like someone puts a couple bucks in the collection plate at a regular christian church, we should all chip in and support the ministry we believe in , and has given us so much, with so little asked in return. I share some of your frustration and even anger at that premise. Especially when you are going out of your way to help as many people as you can.
I know from personal experience, and im sure alot of us do as well, that Roger is a very sincere, generous and kind person. He always has a compliment or a kind word whenever he talks to you, and isnt materialistic, just REALISTIC. This is a guy we should all be behind, and i guess some of us arent as behind him as we could be. For this ministry to even have a chance, theres got to be some income to keep it alive. I think what Roger offers is cheap at twice the price for what it does...If our ministry were a heavyweight boxer, 40wins-1loss would be a fantastic record. Not many boxers ever attain a record that good. Those are odds a person can look at and smile. What if you were gambling and your odds were 40 to 1 that you would win, hands down...how much would you bet? Write that amount down on a money order and send it in! Laughing But seriously, please consider supporting Roger and our ministry carefully. You have car insurance, house insurance...consider this a monthly bill like "jail insurance". Where else can you get jail insurance for $10 a month? Where else can you get it, period?
Roger, you are forgiven. I dont see it as a rant, i see it as a cry for some help on behalf of this ministry, and im hoping you get it. You can only give without receiving for so long, before you go out of business. Rolling Eyes
And just so everyone knows im not a hypocrite, lol, i have made a donation to support this ministry, and plan on making more Razz Words of support are great, but actions speak louder than words...

Please keep us Updated on this...

I for one am going to keep a close eye on this case.

I would like to have links to all Circuit court of appeals decisions concerning exemptions for religious use of sacramental herbs, cacti and fungi.

Also what the Supreme Court has said in these cases or which decisions they have reached or lack there of.

Thanks in advance.

Peace,
Dankdude

Hi Lilli,

Well, as far as proving Roger's sincerity of belief, they are hoping that he cannot think of a way to prove it. I can. I suggested he take a polygraph test, with specific questions as to his faith and beliefs, and when he passes it, he can take it to court and the newspapers. I think this would strike down that facet of their argument against Rev. Christie.
I have shared with him some small discoveries I thought might help him in the religion area....Dont want to let all the cats out of the bag, i better leave that up to Roger. Laughing
