Alright good people, next month the supreme court jesters are supposed to rule on the Raich vs Asscrotch case. Anybody care to take a geuss as to how they will rule? With all the recent buzz about how bad cannabis is, I'm starting to think the powers that be are scared the people will win this time.
Remember, two of the injustices are female. I've heard on one of the tabloid channels (Fox or CNN) that Congress is so pissed at the HIGH court that there have even been rumors of one congressman mentioning threats of violence against the judges. I would warn him, whoever he is that this is highly illegal, but we seem to have a runaway congress here. Even the louse of reprehensibles must be shaking in there high heels. And with the veep, snarling DICK Cheney trying to crush the right of congress to filibuster. I would not be surprized if he tries to have the courts decision thrown out, should it not concur with the glorious plans of the fourth wreck.

If there is a ray of hope, it is this: Perhaps Tom DeLay has pissed off the judiciary enough that they might stray from the party line.
He has threatened to simply stop funding the judiciary...specifically the 9th circuit out west...but this must have all judges grinding their teeth.
Let's hope.
Bliss,

| Personally I think its ridiculous for congress to get mad at the supreme court. The system of checks and balances is all that's keeping the Bush regime from going totally overboard destroying the environment and our freedoms. The courts are supposed to rule how THEY see fit, now how the current regime dictates... *Sigh* Just a few more years of Bush... |

Hello everyone,
Aloha. How's it going? I just heard a good rumor and see that there's a chance to spread it here in response to Rev. Steve's question.
Rev. Tom Brown of Fayetteville, Arkansas just told me on the phone that a member of his ministry is the son of a very high (former?) US government official. The father is one of the baddest of the bad, in my opinion. Anyway, the Dad recently told the son that Raich will WIN and it will be announced approximately two weeks from now.
Wow. That could be a light unto the world. We all hope and pray that it comes true. You heard it here.
All the very best to you,
Roger

Lord have mercy. If Roger's source is right (please G-d) this may be the begining of the end for the terrifiers. The fools, the meddeling idiots, as though their apes brains could comprehend compassion. They will have brought it down upon themselves! Going after the sick and dying to protect them from what, getting sick and dying? Indeed, they must have been choking on too much blood to think like civilized beings. I know one medicine that could certainly relieve their plight. There I go again. Mystic is right, Let's keep good thoughts and intentions on this one! |

I agree, we have to have hope...
but,..what about the poor states that have NO mmj law and the folks(me) that desparately NEED the mmj for our health yet are not able to grow their own for legit reasons???
This kind of fucked up shit, crap or what the FUCK you want to call it is what gets people hurt or worse

i think thhat when the decision drops in our favor we will see a lot more states adopting mmj we got 11 already great victory in & of itself.
i realy think the decision will be favorable. this basicly is a case of states rights. our founding fathers wanted power in the hands of the state. and thesese justices have found that way in previous cases. lets hope reefer madness doesnt cloud there judgment. _________________ "look...the people you are looking for are the people you depend on.we cook your meals , we haul your trash ,we connect your calls, we drive your ambulances,we guard you while you sleep"

Hello Torkel and everyone,
Aloha. I was just passing a good rumor along about Raich. I sure hope it's true, but hey, freedom-demanding people take freedom actions. It's a pro-active universe here! 'Squeeky wheels get grease', etc.
I'm personally not waiting for Raich to pass, or fail. I'm gearing-up to sue my Councy Council again to stop the marijuana eradication program here even though I've never been "green harvested" by the helicopters. It's just the right thing to do, in my opinion.
And now I also see that cannabis fits perfectly into the prophesy of Black Elk of the Lakota Sioux, (a four-colored herb will replace all the products of the buffalo) and into the conclusion of the Bible's Revelation about the 'tree of life' healing all the nations. Plus, I just want it to come true - and I love getting my way. :-}
If I was living in a state or place where cannabis wasn't allowed I would work to see that it WAS allowed like I've done here. Our medical marijuana law is NEW. I helped to make it happen and that's a pretty gratifying feeling. We've worked the police and the lawmakers here with MANY letters to the editor, personal appearances in front of decision-making bodies, yelling and screaming matches, demonstrations, protests, etc., etc. We got 'er done.
Now I know there's a MUCH better and easier way to go and you do, too. It's the Constitutional religious use of cannabis sacrament that's already in place for centuries. Hallelujah! Work it.
I'm an activist. If the boat needs rocking, I'm a rocker! If the issue needs adjusting, I'm there. My big question is, "what are you doing about it?"
If cannabis is crucially-important to you, which it is, what are you doing about it? If it's do-able to change the consciousness of your state's people, then do it. If it's too big a job then maybe consider moving to a more enlightened place like here. I'll pick you up at the Hilo airport anytime, my friend.
"Necessity is the Mother of invention". If cannabis is necessary for you - invent something and get 'er done, bro! Be a hero.
Just a thought for the day. You don't HAVE to do anything at all. If I can help you by sending holy anointing oil to you on a regular basis then I'll be happy do it. You and your family deserve the very best there is in life.
Much love and respect either way,
Roger
