The study, published in the British medical magazine BMC Medicine and picked up by the Times on its front page, was carried out before Seroxat was first licensed in 1990.

Let me see now. This anti-depressant has been proven to be fatal to depressed people by increasing their anquish & despair yet it is legal, while THC which is all natural, non-fatal and has been proven to reduce depression and lift spirits is still ILLEGAL???!!!
Am I missing something here?

No you're not missing anything. Ever watch those commercials for "legal" drugs? They say if you take this the side effects might be this this and this, and in reality you're setting yourself up for more than what you went to get the drug for in the first place.
