There's more and more evidence governments are experimenting with "mind control".
Why would a government do this? Why this secret research? Isn't a government supposed to work FOR the people.

My grandmom used to tell me that sometimes she wished she lived in the soviet union because they at least tell you what there going to do and they tell you that you cant do shit about it but here in the us of a they just do everything behind your back.....

Anyway it's good to know that we, as cannabis users, are not so easy to effect with that mind control maddness. Another good thing we can add to the list.
