Two Facing Death In Drug Trafficking Case

Bandar Seri Begawan - A Malaysian man and woman who are facing the death penalty for a charge of possessing almost 1000 grammes of Cannabis were ordered remanded for further investigations on the case.

The Bandar Magistrate's Court heard that Gary Shih Cheng Cheuan, 24, and 24-year-old Jerry Wong are alleged to have possession of 964.733 grammes of Cannabis for the purpose of trafficking on May 11, this year - while in a vehicle at the vicinity of a restaurant in Kg Sengkarai Tutong.

Both defendants are detained at the Jerudong Prisons until further mention of the case on June 10.

Aloha. I have just read of the impending death-penalty case against two young Malay people for possessing Cannabis. I wish to register my strong desire to see amnesty given in this, and in all Cannabis cases.

There is zero crime here as there can be no such thing as an "illegal" plant. It is completely illogical to try and make nature illegal.

Please let further investigation of this case find that possessing Cannabis is a natural and human RIGHT as it is very simply a God-given herb, not a "drug". Drugs don't and can't produce 'seeds'.

By the way, the seeds of Cannabis hemp are some of the most nutritious and delicious vegetarian protein on Earth. High in amino acids and essential fatty acids, too. 'google search' and see for yourself. God made a wonderful herb in Cannabis and said it was 'very good' on the first page of the Bible. No wonder many people are drawn to it. It's healthy!

God, the Great-You-Name-It, designed and produced Cannabis in the garden of Earthly choices. Could any law, police, prosecutor or Judge seriously put God on trial for conspiracy to produce millions of TONS of Cannabis? Of course not! We need to delete all Cannabis prohibition laws as immoral, unGodly and unjust immediately.

May these two Malay cirizens be the very last Cannabis cases on Earth. May their (hopefully very temporary) incarceration serve as a wake-up to all the world that safe and natural Cannabis can be used as sacrament, never as a 'drug'.

We have discovered that Cannabis hemp is one of the ingredients in the holy anointing oil of Moses and in the christening oil of Jesus. It MUST be "legal". See this evidence for details:
