Advice needed!!!

High community,

I pay a lot of money for my children to go to an after school club, and they have interrogated my children over my smoking and accused my 17 yr son of allowing my 7yr old to smoke and that my son smokes in her bedroom.

This happened last month and they have only told me because I complained today that they sat my other daughter facing the wall for saying the word pussy, My daughter only knows the word pussycat.

by the way they have written all this down and it's in their file which the social services have access to.

does anyone know of any cases of this nature?

No, first ever I hear about such thing. I think they are sniffing way too much into the private life of both you and your children, I can't imagine something like this happening in Holland without that club being sued by the parents for violation of privacy laws.

How do the kids feel about that anyway? Do they still enjoy going there and being interrogated about their parents and their private life at home?

Remove children from group. Demand full refund of money. Sue the fuckers for anything you can hang a hat on.

Took them out yesterday, Debs going to offsted, and social services, I need a solicitor (but that's not new) and I will just bid my time, all comes to those who wait.
