Hello friends and visitors,
Aloha. I'm happy to post this good news from Family Court in Texas from our THC Minister Rev. Robert Leon Richard. He tells us that he has succeeded in Family Court to keep the practices of our Cannabis Ministry, and to maintain the custody of his children. This decision came from a domestic dispute that led to a divorce. Richard's ex-wife was accusing him of growing and using Cannabis in an effort to try and gain custody of their children.
All the best to everyone,
Roger

Furthermore, Church Bylaws of the Canthiest Christian religion forbid anyone under 18 years old from being educated in specific church practices, and forbids anyone under the age of 21 from partaking in the use of any sacrament.

Robert from Parker County Texas 3/30/09
- Lost Kit- Can we replace any documents?
- Hearing in 60 days wants to know how he can prepare himself should judge continue questioning.
3/30/09- Parker County Court House Texas
Judge Graham
Prelim hearing divorce-ex-wife wanted Robert tested, Robert went before Judge who replied. ”If I did test you would be full of marijuana”.
Robert replied “I do not use marijuana. I smoke cannabis for my religious belief.”
Judge asked “What is the doctrine or deity?”
Robert replied “I am a member of the THC Ministry. I smoke cannabis as my religious sacrament. I do not buy or sell.”
Judge asked if he believed in Passover/Christ
Robert explained his religious beliefs.
Judge asked if smoking would interfere with visitation of children and if he could refrain from smoking in front of children, or refrain from bringing to church.
Robert stated no one under 21 is a member and would refrain while children are in his care.
Judge decided not to see member card, no drug testing and granted full, unrestricted visitation.
