Someone asked me a question today and I thought I'd post it to the forum...
If someone is on probation for pot use and they join the THC-Ministry, does it have any effect on their status?

Hello Brother Pateticus and friends,
Aloha. A good question. To receive 'probation' is usually part of a 'plea bargain', or a 'deal' between a defendant and a prosecutor in a court of law. It's a give-and-take situation.
"If we give you 'probation' instead of jail or prison then you must give us something in return'. Sometimes, maybe always, that involves giving-up some rights, privileges and/or freedoms.
I would like to work a case through to a happy completion for someone. Religious descrimination is serious business and a HUGE violation of human, civil and religious rights. Contact me for more details and so I can go to work for someone and, by extention, for all of us.
All the best to you,
Roger
