| There have been 2,234 coalition deaths, 2,037 Americans, 97 Britons, 13 Bulgarians, two Danes, two Dutch, two Estonians, one Hungarian, 26 Italians, one Kazakh, one Latvian, 17 Poles, one Salvadoran, three Slovaks, 11 Spaniards, two Thai and 18 Ukrainians in the war in Iraq as of November 3, 2005, according to a CNN count. (Graphical breakdown of casualties). The list below is the names of the soldiers, Marines, airmen, sailors and Coast Guardsmen whose deaths have been reported by their country's governments. At least 15,353 U.S. troops have been wounded in action, according to the Pentagon. View casualties in the war in Afghanistan and examine U.S. war casualties dating back to the Revolutionary War. |

The list includes photos and a little information about the thousands who were sentenced to death for a lie.
We need to remember these are not just numbers, they were people with lives, just like us. They are us. _________________ "Penalties against the possession of a drug

Just as sad are the squillions of dead Arabs.
It's all so sad... I can barely stand to think of the grief that many deaths must bring. _________________ Nothing so needs reforming as other people's habits.

I agree 100% with HighRising. The really sad part is that about 5 times that many american troops have allready lost their lives, and aren't even being counted. Note those are CNN's specially crafted numbers. That list is also eerily like the WTC list. Not one dead Isreali. _________________ -Brother Adam (we are all one family)

What saddens me the most is that so many people have died, both the counted and uncounted, and yet the world still sits by and continues to allow the strongest nation in the world to wage an illegal war that has caused all these deaths.
How many more deaths will it take before the "civilized" world denounces this war and the lies leading up to it for the crimes that they are? _________________ "Penalties against the possession of a drug

Good question, I'm wondering myself. Since the minute it all started actually.... And I wonder how Fitzgerald and the Plame investigation will cover it all up, I'm quite sure this is going to happen, you know...official conclusion; 'it was all a misunderstanding.' That's what I expect from that gang, whoever it is that prosecutes them within the US. _________________ █ Please read the Board Rules and Posting, and you

Sadly I fear many many more. The world is becoming paranoid thanks to the US propoganda machine. _________________

Prayers should go to all those who are physically, morally, and/or spiritually dead. Even more prayers for the living who are trapped in this hell. Can anyone honestly deny another the right for prayer and still believe that they are honoring their own God?

aeroplane, Whats your point?
Am I wrong or immorally incorrect for only saying I'm giving my blessing to those people being invaded and killed? What about the right to say and think what we want?

You may say, think, and wish as you choose, but you cannot serve two masters. You can either serve your God by serving all your fellow men (and women & children), or you can serve yourself by only praying for a few.
He who looks down upon his brethern and does not offer help will be made the lowest.
Doesn't it take less energy to pray for healing for all, than to create divisions on whom you shall consider worthy of your prayer? _________________ "Penalties against the possession of a drug

Brother Tafari, I'm sorry I do not have time to get drawn into an argument over who one should pray for and who one should not pray for. For indeed, one will do as one will.
Only One knows the intend of one's own heart. And that my friend, I do know without a doubt. _________________ "Penalties against the possession of a drug
