2005 Global Marijuana Music Awards

This years Global Marijuana Music Awards held during Nimbin's Mardi Grass were a huge success!! Over 100 entries from around the world were received with entries from Japan, Sweden, America, Tasmania, Canada and Australia.

The Herbillest who travelled from Philadelphia to enter the event are the winners of the 2005 Live Performance Marijuana Music Award with their track Doin Things Right. Lip Service from Noosa took 2nd place in the 2005 Live Performance Award with their song Choice. John Elliot is 3rd place with Freelancer.

2005 Song of Year Recorded Track Marijuana Music Award goes to Spliffmasters with their track Spliffmasters.
Doin Things Right by The Herbillest came Runner Up in the 2005 Recorded Track Marijuana Music Award. Nimbin Band Mona Lizard took 3rd place with My Dog. My Dog also won Comedy Category of the Recorded Track Award.

We're now preparing for the 2006 GMMA and the AMMA (American Marijuana Music Awards). We are taking the Awards to different Hemp Fests around the world. We'll soon be in the UK - maybe we can meet up and say high? (noticed you're in Kent) Laughing
